The work of validation by the Third Indipendent Party and the R&D and validation made by ourselves will continue for some months. As I said, we decided to retain any information until the end of this work, and I guarantee that the results will be published, whatever the results, positive or negative as they might be, beyond any reasonable doubt. The Third Indipendent Party will publish the results on a peer reviewed magazine. We are looking for a strong industrialization, not for amateurish sensationalism, and this process needs time, humility, patience and a high level of professionality and dedication that I found in the concern of our US Partner.

There’s not much news in this outline of what to expect. This is however, the first time I’ve seen mention of the third party publishing in a ‘peer reviewed magazine’. Rossi said the same last year about the Levi report, but it ended up being published on arxiv.org, which is a pre-publication repository of papers, so I’m not especially optimistic that a peer reviewed journal will pick up the report.
I find the point about avoiding ‘amateurish sensationalism’ interesting. Rossi has been much more low key in his pronouncements about his work since establishing his partnership, and again here is emphasizing their intent to be measured and serious rather than loud and flashy. I don’t think there is much chance of them being thrown off their game plan here, so we are probably just going to have to wait until next year for more substantial information.
