Defkalion Webcast Links

Thanks to ECW reader Veblin for providing the following links to the Defkalion Webcast that is scheduled to begin on Monday. I thought it would be good to have them in a post for people to refer to and bookmark.

  • Chris I

Does this streaming last more than a few seconds at a time for anybody out there?

Sheesh and I’m not even so far away from Milan!

  • E_man

Does Anybody knows why Black Light Power is not present on ICCF-18 ???
    Thanks for answers.

    • Peter Gluck

BLP, i.e. Randy Mills claims they have nothing in common with CF/LENR and vice-versa
      Peter

      • Roger Bird

They are both edgy and they are both concerned with energy, and don’t they both use hydrogen, or am I mixing them up with someone else.

      • fortyniner

Mainstream science has had its eyes tightly shut for decades, and any number of observations deserving study may have been missed. However, IMHO it seems more probable that Mill’s devices and the various types of CF (especially ‘wet’ plasma systems) are closely related, than that two (or more) new but entirely separate phenomena are involved.

In any case, any coherent new ‘über-theory’ of the kind that ICCF-18 attendees will be looking for must be able to accurately account for all reproducible observations before it can be accepted.

It seems likely that Mills et al. have gone quiet in response to much the same commercial/survival factors that others (including Rossi, of late) have apparently encountered at some point.

  • psi

Please pass the popcorn. We have front row seats on this one. This’ll be fun.

  • Sanjeev

    OT: Another claim

François is claiming 245% energy return. In a video released June 22 he provides some background on the TMLECPW technology en Française, described as having 51 Watts input and 125 Watts

To be a party-pooper…MFMP seem to be excited about the Conference and displaying their equipment, rather than their results. Am I being unfair?

      • Roger Bird

I am excited about them getting pointers from those who are successful.

        • daniel maris

That’s fair enough. But all in all haven’t MFMP been a bit underwhelming.

I am not entirely surprised since they seem to take a very conservative approach to testing.

Maybe if they move into nanopowders they will come in with some significant results.

          • Roger Bird

I would say that MFMP is no-whelming. There is no whelming there whatsoever. They seem to be perfecting their measurement skills, and this is good. Perhaps ICCF-18 will help.

            • Blanco69

Yes, hanging out with such an illustrious group of LENR pioneers should definitely improve their whelm factor.

    • Barry

It’s interesting that Bob Robert Greenyer and Tyler van Houwelingen are speaking at the conference. They have been part of the CF process and a big part of the conversation here on ECW. It will be interesting to hear about their piece of the LENR puzzle.

  • Hal

Totally changing the subject…. When typing ecat into google ECW generally came 4th but for the last week coming !st !!!:) (in UK)

    • Matt S

Haha, yes I noticed that too, Frank has either been working very hard on the SEO of this site or the previous UK no.1 (something like Every Child A Talker?) has been overtaken by the push for actual e-cat news. More positive news I think in it’s own way.

      • http://www.e-catworld.com admin

Interesting — I don’t think it’s SEO, which I have barely done anything with.

    • ZL

Google typically personalizes search results, so if you’ve clicked the link leading to ECW more frequently than others, this may well be the reason why its position has gone up for you – but not necessarily for others.

      • Matt S

I’m very sure this is a jump due to page ranking status not a google personalization adjustment, I work in web design and work on this kind of thing. My cache and history is not stored in my browser for online banking security reasons, my IP address is not fixed either. Basically searching for e-cat on google in the UK has become more important and ECW is one of the most relevant sites, I could never understand why it was not ranked higher previously.

        • Roger Bird

Isn’t there a Google website or function that can do this sort of thing?

        • aesy

So if we have questions about these kinds of things your the guy to ask right?

    • eps

      The same happens with DuckDuckGo.

      e.

  • qcjym

Funny they still advertise it as LENR while DGT claims the reaction to be HENI!

  • Boris Ivanoff

What gives with Defkalion’s web site? Look at the right side bar. It seems to be some random Latin.

    http://defkalion-energy.com/business/

    • Roger Bird

Boris, Google Translate says that it is Latin and it says, supposedly:

Of some small urn throat pain or not soft
If you have questions, but the manufacturing plant construction
We will be sure to post a comment
Also recommended as a great time to travel and real estate

I think that there may be a problem with Google Translate on this one.

    • Veblin

Yes, that is stock Latin from WordPress. That is how you buy it. I think that after the demo’s they will have to again have a better web presence.

      • aesy

Maybe they are working on it as we speak.

    • NT

It is filler text called Lorem Lipsum. Very interesting, read the history at http://www.lipsum.com

      • jfab

It’s not clear whether they’re doing it /in situ/ (at MU) or these 3 short events will be live streamed from Italy. I’ve read that there would be live streams from Italy AND from Canada, but even that is not clear, I can’t find any official announcement. So will there be a third demo live from ICCF?

    • artefact

      A livestream demo 🙂

      • http://www.lenr-forum.com/forum.php barty

Hmm bad, I hoped they’ll do it like Celani last year.

        • Preston

They will have a live demo at NiWeek in August. http://www.ni.com/niweek/

          • artefact

Yes. They said it is too difficult to construct everything in two locations short after another.

          • jfab

I know they said earlier this year that they would try to have a demo at NI Week, but can you pinpoint where you got the confirmation on that? I can’t find any info from the link you provided.
            Thanks

This would be realy nice 🙂
