Leonardo Corporation Web Site Now Live, Rossi Says ‘Not Approved’ Wants it Taken Down Due To Errors

Late yesterday a web site for Leonardo Corporation, www.leonardo-ecat.com was launched which carries the subtitle “Official Site Launched 11.11.11″. The site was created for Leonardo Corporation by Sterling D. Allan of PESN and contains information about E-Cat technology and products. There are numerous links between the Leonardo site and PESN pages.

Today, Andrea Rossi commented about the site on his Journal of Nuclear Physics site:

“This is not yet our official website, contains many errors to be corrected, contains wrong names in wrong places. It needs a lot of corrections, so pèlease disregard it for at least three days … It is a draft with many errors, needs many corrections.”

Apparently the reason for the site being launched was that November 11, 2011 was considered to be a notable date.

UPDATE: A new comment has been posted by Rossi regarding his site:

WARNING: THE WEBSITE http://WWW.LEONARDO-ECAT.COM IS NOT OUR WEBSITE. IT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED, IT IS A DRAFT OF A PROPOSAL WHOSE TEXT HAS TO BE CONTROLLED, APPROVED. WE ASKED TO THE INFORMATIC WHO PROPOSED IT TO PUT IT IMMEDIATELY OUT OF THE NET, BECAUSE IT CONTAINS SUBSTANTIAL ERRORS, WRONG NAMES IN WRONG PLACES :SPECIFICALLY, ALL THE NAMES PUT IN THE PAGE “BONA FIDE” ARE TOTALLY WRONG AND SUCH NAMES HAVE NOT TO BE PUT IN THAT POST.

For crying out loud, why can’t they get a professional web developer to set up a proper looking corporate site instead of that hideous amateur site from the year 1995.

Free tip: wordpress blog + one of the corporate styles from themeforest.net = costs: 35$ (theme) + 1 working day from a freelancer.

    good information. i didnt read this before i write whats on top. and ur right, they all use frontpage 4.0. so what do we know? well for once all pages are made by Sterling Allan (why do i say that? cus indeed ~~ frontpage is obsolete). if you dig more and more, ull find out that everything connects smoothely, all in 1 group.

I have not visited this forum for one week. Now I see the same incredible movement in favour of Mr. Rossi. None can deny that from the marketing point of view the E-Cat story is a great success. My best whishes for the believers.

* License contract written up specific to customer.
* Escrow funds released to Leonardo Corp upon satisfactory completion of plant test per customer-Leonardo agreement. Escrow funds return to customer if test results are not satisfactory.

These terms alone should rule out the doubts of it being a fraud. But we will see.

* Recharge Cost: $10/module
* Recharge Frequency: 2/year

Surprisingly cheap. Which means, the powder and catalyst must be nothing special. Which also means, it can be reverse engineered in a day.

  I wrote the above before taking a look at the site. Perhaps I wrote too quickly. The site *looks* professional enough. And he is willing to license the technology. He admits himself he is keeping secrets close to his chest. So once again, who knows? Maybe. I remain curious. thanks for your site.

  One other thing. A 5 kW unit could produce about 128 gallons of hot water an hour (heating from 65 to 145 deg F) or boil ~75 lbs/hr of water into saturated steam. Interesting.

  Jokes aside, I think Rossi has an extremely pragmatic and approach at delivering information. But as always, it is a lot more exciting to interpret all kind of non existing back story into it (worship building, exploit gullible people, …) than to see the information at just what it is: Just some preliminary information written/made up by guys from PESWiki, that Rossi has not yet proof red.

Rossi could have hired a professional for a few hundred $ to make a professional and impressive website, which could have boosted his credibility ratings. He has millions to spend now.

It would have taken a pro only 2 or 3 days to make a modern site using templates etc. These days its very important how you present a business.
