EFA- Energia da Fonti Alternative srl, the Italian Company through which the rights for the production of Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat were granted to Praxen Defkalion Green Technologies LTD, publicly announces that the License and Technology Transfer Agreement between the two companies has been recently terminated. All business relationships with Praxen , the Cyprus based company that owns the Greek company Defkalion Green Technologies S.A., have been cancelled and asof today neither Praxen nor Defkalion, nor any other Greek company whatsoever holds any rights for the production of the E-Cat or for any other exploitation of Andrea Rossi’s technology.
Furthermore Andrea Rossi and EFA announce that no information, nor industrial secret, nor any technology whatsoever has been neither transferred, nor disclosed, neither to Praxen, nor to Defkalion, nor to any other Greek company whatsoever and currently Andrea Rossi and EFA are not planning to deal with any other project in Greece.
Not one single test, of the many demonstrations of the E-Cat technology held around the world, has ever been done in Greeceand no E-Cat has ever been brought, produced, or assembled in the territory of the Ellenic Republic: so not only the technology is still fully owned by Andrea Rossi’s company, Leonardo Corporation, but it still remains a well preserved industrial secret.
Any declaration or public announcement of third parties claiming possession of rights on the E-Cat technology and/or indide knowledge of said technology, as well as any statement of third parties in conflict with the above facts shall be considered a fake and treated as misleading information.
Andrea Rossi is the inventor of the “Method and Apparatus for carrying out Nickel and Hydrogen Exothermal reactions” (known to the general public as E-Cat) for which international patent demand no. WO2009/125444 is pending and Italian Patent office has already been issued on April 6th, 2011 the final patent no. 0001387256.
EFA Energia da Fonti Alternative s.r.l. is incorporated in Italy.
Leonardo Corporation is incorporated in New Hampshire, USA.

Pessimism is the order of the day. How many times have we seen a similar pattern of events unfold for such inventions? First comes the amazing claims by the developer, followed by unstructured demonstrations of the devices, then claims of imminent production and partnerships with larger companies, then… then comes the delays. One after another. Conspiracy stories start surfacing. The device never makes it to market.
I am but a mere layman, who once had hope that these inventions were more than money-making-schemes for the developers. For those who believe otherwise, let me say this: I predict that in October/2011, one of 2 scenarios will play out: another ‘setback’ will befall the developers, resulting in another delay; or, at best, the test will have non-definitive results that will leave its tenuous status little changed from today.
Back in June, I predicted that some ‘setback’ would hit this product and no test would take place by August. And here we are today.

Chances of this seeing the light of day? If you can get investment for bringing out a small
1 mw prototype of a technology that will change the world you aren’t very convincing or the technology isn’t or both.
I am glad this relationship was terminated for Mr. Rossi’s sake.
I felt that Defaklion was trying to hijack the invention by getting the first larger working model that they could patent. It is good that EFA- Energia da Fonti Alternative caught onto them in time.
However; I am sure they will still try to keep their fingers in the pie if they can get away with it. I hope Rossi et al have good attorneys.
The formula I’ve been circulating around the web for the LENR Ni-H reaction is not the result of my or Rossi’s direct experimentation, but instead from a report commissioned by the US government. Rossi has a gigantic competitive advantage, and I hope he continues to work with the US company AmpEnergo to produce and then market the E-Cat.
Unfortunately, we all know the plutocratic status quo forces arrayed against any alternative to conventional energy, so it was unsafe for the snake to have only one head.
By the way, just in case you missed it, this is the Golden Formula: Ni+H+KaCO3(heated above 70C at 22 bars)=Cu+lots of heat. Please have scientists throughout the world verify with this LENR Ni-H formula – it will mean the halt of the 6th Great Extinction now underway.

Didn’t Defkalion always say (in their forum) that their Hyperions create 20-30 times more energy than the input, which is a big difference to Rossis E-Cat? How could Defkalion know that they reach so much better results when they have never tested it?
I could read the complete Defkalion forum again now, but I am very sure that they stated that they have Hyperions running.
Now what shall we all think of Rossis message that Dekalion never made a single test?
He is filing suit, and coming to America. We have better mfg., lawyers, and he can en$ure his Florida retirement.
Oh dear…that doesn’t sound very good does it? Rossi has a lot of explaining to do, and bluster like that won’t cut it for sure.

What about the e-cats that were supposedly being tested by Greek government officials to determine their safety and efficacy? Was that all a lie?
