Steven Krivit is has posted a video interview with University of Bologna Professor Guiseppe Levi about Levi’s experience testing Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat device. Levi is one of the scientists who has had the opportunity to run tests on the device, and was involved in the press conference on January 14th.

Giuseppe Levi is very convincing in these videos. I was impressed with him personally, he looks quite open and honest, not like someone who is trying to to be evasive or deceitful. Krivit seems to be trying to catch Levi out. His interview technique is quite combative. He seems to be convinced that the e-cat is a fraud and he will do everything in his power to prove it.
I have also viewed the his interview with Rossi, where he displays the same or even greater suspicion and hostility.
Krivit has his own agenda, and he is not interested in discovering the truth about ecat, but to prove his own predetermined conclusions.
I got the impression that Krivit was using the same line of attack on Levi as was used to destroy Pons and Fleishmann. “Why did you go to the press before having your work peer reviewed?”
Dejevou. Now I am suspicious.

I think that I just saw something ugly.
Levi is being punished for his childlike enthusiasm. It is his open mindedness that makes him a physicist. I would that he had the psyche of a lawyer for the interview.

I am a bit puzzled that my other sources are not providing me with this news, as I think it is significant. I am especially intrigued at the amount of energy Dr. Levi put into the analysis of the credibility of Dr. Rossi’s claim. He seemed to have his eyes wide open, looking for a possible scam.
